THE LEADERSHIP
CARL & BONNIE FRIEDRICH
Pastor Carl & Bonnie is the founder of ELEVATE. He has been serving our congregation for more than 35 years, and continues to be a pillar within our pastoral team. Pastor Carl authored the book ‘One, The Power To Change Your World’, and his heart for people has laid the foundation that Elevate continues to be built on to this day.
ADAM & CARRIE FRIEDRICH
Pastor Adam & Carrie is the Lead Pastor at ELEVATE. He has served this ministry since its inception, and he continues to advance us forward through his Godly example and leadership. His compassion for people, and his unique ability to expound on the word of God have been instrumental in inspiring our pastoral team, team leaders, volunteers, and congregation.
BRYN & CINDY GRAYBILL
Pastor Bryn is our Worship Pastor here at ELEVATE. For almost a decade, he has served as the leader of our church worship team eMSC, and has pushed for an original, exciting and in depth worship experience. In addition to this, he serves as a creative addition to our staff and pastoral team.
DREW & LISA FRIEDRICH
Pastor Drew & Lisa is the Youth Pastor at ELEVATE. From a very young age he has been an integral part of our ministry, and he continues to push our vision forward through the up and coming generation. He also leads our media department, and has a unique ability to push the limits of what’s possible in graphic content and stage visual design.
APRIL & LUIS CAMPOS
Pastor Luis & April serve on staff as Connect Pastors at ELEVATE. For many years, she has been an irreplaceable part of our church family. Her role is vital in making sure that the vision of our Pastor, and the values that we hold dear translate throughout our departments, teams, and services. Her main objective is to connect people to people, and people to purpose.
TED & LANA RYBACK
Pastor Ted & Lana is the Campus Pastor of the Whittier location of ELEVATE. Having spent many years as an assistant pastor at our Central Campus, he is a powerful representation of who we are at ELEVATE. His heart for the lost is a catalyst that propels the ministry at our North Campus.
DANNY & XIO ARELLANO
Pastor Danny & Xio is a Vital piece of our pastoral team at ELEVATE. He facilitates and oversees our egroups, and his impressive knowledge of technology has been beneficial in our media department and ELEVATE Online.
JOE & ELOISA MENCHACA
Pastor Joe & Eloisa is the service pastor at the Central Campus of ELEVATE. He coordinates team leaders and department heads for all of our central campus services and events. He serves on our pastoral team, and has been a shining example of generosity and faith within our church community.
